Mooncakes for the Soul!

Mooncakes Festival The Chang-Er legend.
There are many version of the origin the Mooncake Festival or for some, known as Mid-Autumn Festival. Once upon a time, there were ten suns circling the earth and the Emperor of Heaven demanded the great archer, Hou Yi to destroy them. He shot down 9 of moon. (now we just got only 1 moon.. you know why.. hehe) and stole the elixir of life to make him immortal. However, to protect the people from he husband's tyrannical rule, Chang Er drank the elixir instead. Then, she found herself floating and flew to the moon. Because Hou Yi loved his divinely beautiful wife, he did not shoot down the moon.
(That why we can see now just got Sun and Moon. :P)

Why do we need to eat mooncakes and play lanterns on the Mooncake Festival

During the Yuan dynasty China was ruled by the Mongolian people. Leaders from the preceding Sung dynasty were unhappy at submitting the foreign rule, and discussed on how to coordinate the rebellion without being discovered. The leaders of the rebellion, knowing that the Moon Festival was drawing near, they put attack strategies in a message embedded in the cakes and delivered by lantern-bearing messengers.

My Love Will Get You Home

If you wander off too far, my love will get you home.
If you follow the wrong star, my love will get you home.
If you ever find yourself, lost and all alone,
get back on your feet and think of me, my love will get you home.
Boy, my love will get you home.

If the bright lights blinds your eyes, my love will get you home.
If your troubles break your stride, my love will get you home.
If you ever find yourself, lost and all alone,
get back on your feet and think of me, my love will get you home.
Boy, my love will get you home.

If you ever feel ashame, my love will get you home.
If its only you to blame, my love will get you home.
If you ever find yourself, lost and all alone,
get back on your feet and think of me, my love will get you home.
Boy, my love will get you home

If you ever find yourself, lost and all alone,
get back on your feet and think of me, my love will get you home

Boy, my love will get you home
Boy, my love will get you home
