How to Keep Teeth Always Whitely and Healthy

Things You'll Need:

- Straw
- Toothbrush
- Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Baking soda
- Hydrogen peroxide
- Strawberries

*Step 1:*
Limit your consumption of drinks that stain tooth enamel. A few of these
include coffee, tea and red wine. If you simply can't cut back on these
beverages, consider drinking them though a straw to limit the amount of
liquid that actually comes in contact with teeth.

*Step 2:*
Brush your teeth immediately after eating, especially if eating foods that
stain easily, such as berries.

*Step 3:*
Rub raw strawberries on your teeth, preferably pureed. There is an enzyme in
strawberries that acts as a whitening agent. You'll want to brush and rinse
after applying the strawberries to remove the natural sugars and acids they
may leave behind.

*Step 4:*
Eat crunchy foods that require a lot of chewing such as carrots, celery,
broccoli and apples. These foods are abrasive and will remove built up
plaque, which dulls the appearance of teeth.

*Step 5:*
Dip your toothbrush directly into baking soda and brush. The results are
worth the lousy taste.

*Step 6:*
Combine lemon juice and one teaspoon of salt to make a paste-like substance.
Brush your teeth and rinse. Again, not so pleasant on the palate, but your
teeth will thank you.

*Step 7:*
Use hydrogen peroxide to brush your teeth. Dip your toothbrush into a small
capful of the peroxide and brush as you would with regular toothpaste, being
careful not to swallow. Rinse with water.

- Consider using one of the several whitening toothpastes on the
market that have all-natural ingredients.
- Brushing after every meal and flossing regularly are the first steps
in maintaining a healthy smile.

The subject I study at 3th Year

Today probably is normal day to me. Everyday need to walk around 15 to 20 minutes
to UTAR...

Everything seem fine after the last subject I need to attend from 3pm to 5pm...

Actually the subject called Business Information Management which teaches by a lecturer.

hmm... Tat lecturer kinda look a bit dumb and also terrible when the class is begin with his
lectures especially he talk a lot stuff with unrelated with the subject he teaches.

Dunno we all really dont understand well or our English tat very poor or our ear got problem at all.

Coz from the starting to ending class, he talk all over bull shit or something @$@#%#$
which we really cant understand at all. As subject talk about A and the he talk about B or ever most worst can go to C to Z.

Normally when lectures given some thing to talk, we need input information to ear and process into the brain and in the end sure got output or direct stored as a memory.

But what he teaches so far, based on research (2008) for overall our class is:
input to ear and direct connect to a error connection or kena bug. ( error = cant process output).

On today, our class need to give presentation to lecturer regarding what we write about our assignment. The assignment need to write something about IT related with the assignment reading regarding 'Why IT Doesn't Matter'. Based on articles, we need to write executive summary, abstract, focus, recommendation and references. As conclusion, we need to write a article.

As usual, today I need give presentation and everything already prepare as last week.......
On 2:14pm, when I begin with my powerpoint slide of presentation I start to present with the introduction first. Which talk something very basic like 'what meaning IT and benefit of IT'.

After talk 3 slides like tat, suddenly lecturer stopped me. Begin a cold war with him. He give me 'First Blood' to me, I kena shot many times after what I talk. He pointed me tat what is the main slides what the IMPORTANT thing need to talk....like tat kena shot by him...almost 5minutes.....

my life like kena tembak...pain le....

overall what I give a talk about presentation which do not suit what he want. He thinking like unexpected thing what he wan already in his mind....

I been thinking from January till now, I tried to listen and understand but so far been failure...

What he really wan???

It been almost 2 month and more din update my blog at here....

So long I have touch this blog since everyday I was too busy with my work( uni homework = tutorial, assignment + project for last year).

After start my life in 2008, my life and everything seem like abit changing especially the TIME.

It seem like the time been used up very wisely. ahem... I mean everyday almost 80%
time been used up in the homework given by lecturer.

My endless last year been doom with not enough time (everyday sleep around 5 to 6 hour oni. weekend oni sleep more than 12 hours).

After this year, I getting feel 'why the time passed too fast, everything seem like fast and fast
even I also cant catch up. fu... kinda stress.... over....this year......

What suspose I do? With my time given which passed fast fast....

Normally this season is celebrate by Cristian religion. But in Malaysia, all religion is celebrate together.

But every year seen did not like last times what I saw.

Dunno all religion seem happy or not with incoming Christmas. Like exchange present, eating turkey and take photo with Santa Cause.

Merry Christmas V2

Ya hoooo!!! Final Exam finally ended this Monday. Got time to entertain myself. (^-^)

In these 2 to 3 weeks, I been stress up like a machine robot and almost goin burst out like
volcano . All these days, only read read read and mesmerized everything fast as possible.

Ever sick also need to accompany book together till wherever I am. Ever such as go to toilet, buying food and also bed.

Kinda been tired which I need to see doctor in my life again and again. Sick is a must part of my life must go through. I think overall I been calculated that every year sure need to be sick around 3 to 4 times.

The short semester in here, kinda let me too over busy like businessman.

Although just 2 month overall, now I need facing with a stupid final exam which I need to

Coz I unable give myself more space while chill with outside fren.

First Presentation At Utar

As usual in a moody Wednesday, I always wake up late on the bed. haha
guess what (watching anime b4 sleep is my hobbies).

Been at third semester with my shit timetable, kinda wan me vomit with the time given.
Almost everyday need to attend class at early of morning at 8 o'clock.
At first, when I see my timetable. My face look happy. Dunno within just 10 seconds after, my look turn like murderer. (wanna kill the faculty office ppl there)

The happy thing is I enable to make exception for my Bahasa Malaysia.
If some1 gonna study this shit subject, sure whole of topic seem like teaching primary student such as Kata Adjective, Kata Nama, etc.
After hearing all those shit topic. I immediately apply with the form and pass up to office.

haha. what a good choice I made. If not, i gonna suffer with my ear to hear tat rubbish thing again and again. Like tat wednesday and thursday I not nid to attend tat stupid idiot baka subject at early morning. (sayonara)

On 24 Oct, me gonna need to attend a class with just 10 student only. I and my fren be assign to give a lecture regarding the part timer for keying data entry.

My New Semester

My new life again??

It has been 2 weeks since I has busy with my semester holiday.
Sound to me I been lazy updated my own blog. haha

Kinda a bit tired and fun since I was ended my industrial training.
Why tired? Coz I need to wake up morning and traveled by
public transport on everyday and also doin everyday same jobs at same place.
but, it was kinda fun to me because dont have lectures, tutorial and some more dont have EXAM.

Kinda afraid exam in my life. Probably need to study overnight and need memorized everything.
Exam to me is a scary thing when I was in form 5. Kindergarten to Primary school actually my result so-so. (No study or revision at all).

Start to study at University not a easy task to me or everyone.
Some more the stress thing is doing assignment.
It sound like you gonna do something related with your studies actually.
It is also a big part of your coursework mark to your subject.
If you do perfectly, then you dont need worry about your qualification to entry final exam.
If you din go probably ended up to see responsible in-charge person. (minum teh lor).

Another 2 or 3 days getting near to my new semester. I getting more exhausted and worry to my performance.
In my class, already gone 2 of my best friend because of the result. They have been forced to study again or sound to me "start a new life AGAIN".

"once you fail definitely you are outta of there or else gonna star you new semester again and agian unless you are completely fine." (my own quoted)

Maybe it is a time for me to be more independent. Sigh!! Assignment!! Exam!!. Dont coming too fast in my sight. Hope disappear in my life fast fast!!. (= =)

My First Blog's Cooking Session

It has been long time since I was College din enter the kitchen in my life.
Kinda scare or can say as little excited while going make a lunch for myself.
Let me think it was since 1 year ago, i make kinda alot dishes for myself.
Probably this time it a special day to me to make something for myself.

The ingredients are :
1. Popia skin
2. Potato
3. Cooking Oil
4. Prawn
5. Mayonnaise original
6. Mayonnaise thousand souce
7. Egg
8. Carrot
9. Cabbage
10. Tomato
11. Seasoning( dunno what name)
12. Sugar and Salt

Step by step
------------
Try to cut all vegetable into small pieces.

Try to boil the potato and egg.

Try to mix the vegetable and egg into Mayonnaise thousand and original.

Mix them together well.

And pour on the popia skin.

And lastly is cook with cooking oil.

Actually can be eaten with 2 style.

Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed a slow down in the overall performance, particularly in the flower, gifts and jewellery applications that had operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0.

In addition, Husband 1.0 un-installed many other valuable programs, such as Romance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5, but installed undesirable programs such as Formula One 5.0, NBA 3.0 and World Cup 2.0.

And now Conversation 8.0 no longer runs and House Cleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system. I've tried running Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems, but to no avail.

First keep in mind:

Boyfriend 5.0 is an entertainment package, while Husband 1.0 is an operating system.

Try entering the command C:\ I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME and download
Tears 6.2 to install Guilt 3.0.

If all works as designed, Husband 1.0 should then automatically run the applications Jewellery 2.0 and Flowers 3.5.

But remember, overuse can cause Husband 1.0 to default to Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0 or Late Night Teh Tarik 6.1.

Late Night 6.1 is a very bad program that will create SnoringLoudly.wav files.

Whatever you do, DO NOT install Mother-in-Law 1.0 or reinstall another
Boyfriend program. These are not supported applications and will crash
Husband 1.0.

In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have a limited
memory and cannot learn new applications quickly.

You might consider additional software to improve memory and performance. I personally recommend Hot Tasty Food 3.0 and Tongkat Ali 6.9.

7.8-magnitude quake in Sumatra, no tsunami threat to Malaysia

PETALING JAYA: A powerful earthquake shook western Indonesia for the second straight day Thursday morning and triggered a tsunami warning in Indonesia.

Although tremors were felt in parts of the Klang Valley at around 8.15am, the Malaysian Meteorological Department says there is no tsunami threat to Malaysia.

There is, however, a possible threat of tsunami over the Sumatra region, near to the quake's epicentre.

According to AP, the US Geological Survey said the tremor had preliminary magnitude of 7.8 and was centred 200km from Bengkulu, a city on Sumatra island, at a depth of 10km. The quake hit at about 7.49am Malaysian time.

Alert on possible tsunami after 8.2 magnitude quake

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Meteorological Department has advised people in the northern states of Perlis, Kedah, Perak and Penang to move away from beaches as a safety precaution against a possible tsunami in the wake of a powerful earthquake that struck off Sumatra, Indonesia at 7.10pm.

The magnitude of the quake, earlier measured at 7.9 on the Richter scale, has been revised to 8.2R

Science Technology and Environment Minister Datuk Seri Dr Jamaluddin Jarjis said fishermen in these states should return to shore immediately for their safety.

He said although no tsunami had been detected but any new information would be relayed to the police stations, relevant departments and the media as soon as they are available.

The minister said further information would be relayed by 11pm.

Malaysian is adequately equipped to detect a tsunami and issue a warning within an hour before it reaches the shore.

The system is based on two buoys - one in the Andaman Sea near Rondo Island in Indonesia and the other in the South China Sea near Pulau Layang-layang in Sabah.

Malaysians would be able to receive notice of evacuation via television, radio, satellite broadcast and SMS within 15 minutes of data transmission from the buoys.

Tremors were felt in parts of the west coast of peninsular Malaysia when the quake, centered at 105 km southwest of Bengkulu, Sumatra and 718km southwest of Johor Bahru, struck at a depth of 15.6km.

In JOHOR BARU, thousands of people at the Bukit Cagar flats evacuated their homes after they felt tremors. Residents at the 17-storey blocks of flats said they felt the tremors at around 7pm and quickly made their way down to the ground floor.

Storekeeper Pang Tai Kuang, 35, said he was awakened by the tremors, which lasted about 15 minutes.

Housewife Juliana Ghazali, 28, who just gave birth three days ago, had to walk down from her flat on the 15th floor because the elevator was out of service.

“I was scared and quickly made my way out. But I am feeling dizzy now from the physical exertion as I am still weak from the delivery,” she said.

In MALACCA, residents of several high-rise apartments rushed out after feeling the tremors. Residents of apartments in Ujong Pasir and Banda Hilir felt it the most.

Michael Nunis, 58, who was visiting a friend in Ujong Pasir, said:

“ At first I did not realise that it was an earthquake until someone asked around whether they felt the vibrations,” he said.

Gloria Wong, 30, said she was with her three children on the eighth floor of the 12-storey Kekwah apartment when she felt the tremors for five to six seconds.

“ I was scared and immediately rushed down with my children, using the staircase,” she said, adding that there were about 100 people when they came down to the ground floor.

Residents at the Kuala Lumpur Hospital quarters were asked to evacuate the three blocks of flats after tremors were felt.

Gurdav Kaur, 40 said her mother saw the fish aquarium shaking, and soon after announcements were made ordering residents to evacuate the buildings.

“The authorities have been conducting checks to see whether it is safe for us to go back in,” she added.

In PENANG, the police were put on alert after the Meteorological Department issued a tsunami advisory alert.

George Town OCPD Asst Comm Azam Abd Hamid said patrol cars were deployed to Gurney Drive and the Esplanade to advise people to stay away from the promenade.

2day dunno what happen to me. haha.
suddenly go accompany with my fren goin KFC. Usually this week UTAR all having final exam but for me I still relax(muahaha! no nid study exam). My fren all been stress up with these week somemore ever study till forgot time.

suddenly dunno what happen, my fren asked to me join with him(roommate) go eat KFC.
as usual our living place in front got a malay burger stall which open at nite from monday to sunday. the price and taste really nice than any OTHER place in KL.

from the price, sure tat stall got alot supporter(i am his supporter too). but lately, dunno why tat malay burger stall din oopen at all. Already been 2 weeks, we have waiting tat burger stall. but sadly until now still din open. sob...sob..

to my fren(roommate)sure everyday goin to see whether burger stall got open or not.

First Time With Malay Colleague

First time writting about food. pai seh

As usual when reached lunch time, my fren and I sure goin chinese restaurant on every monday to friday.(sound like we are they supporter, food okie and price average RM3.oo to RM4.00)

Go there sure eat Nasi Campur, fried rice, wantan mee or any stuff at there. hehe

But 2day is a special day to me and my fren. how special??hmm

usually me and my 3 other fren usually sure goin together eat at chinese restaurant. but 2day, haha, sad for mr. wille din come 2day (he sick coz watch too much anime from nite till morning, woohoo!!!).

my fren, steven asking to join together with malay colleague go to Curry House eat. woohoo!! first time. haha sure feel shy and scare.

After consider abit, so I joined with them together lor.

The curry House which located around Petaling Street or we can called as PJS 2.

My working place quite near with the Curry HOuse. not tat far but need also walk around 30 minutes to reach at there. (i wont walk tat so far just only got 1 hour lunch time).

Kak Lin so fetch us to go tat Curry HOuse lor.
After been there my i saw Kak Mas, Kas Ana, Norain and malay other colleague.

Wah, so many malay go there gathering. first time!

after sit and we placed for order.
we all placed and order different menu.
while i looking around i saw alot weird menu on the stall.
ever some food i din heard b4 like ayam cekik, roti salad, roti rojak, alot lot more. haha. weirdo food in this restaurant.

after they ordered the food, i order mine nasi goreng ayam and my fren order nasi campur.

my food( look delicious )
after try, food nice and tasty. somemore the chicken is juicy and crispy. RM 5 ( WOW! my wallet got only RM10 left and be bankrupt soon)

as a conclusion, happy to eat tat there with such nice food with many ar kak eat together. wowow.

Just come back from hometown. Feel tired(long journey from JB to KL need 5 hours including traffic jam and rest day) and stress(my report still haven't do yet).

kinda pressure to create such a good blog,

ever it look easily, but it take alot time and effort to build ur own dairy home,

sound like my own first public blog to myself,

i already took over 3 days to choice what interface, coding, name, and some more needed to think what thing should write or not,

the most difficult is choice the best of best interface.
the most easily is copy and paste. (my best short-cut way)
